The modified non-combustible inorganic FRP ventilation duct,
namely, FRP chlorine Magnesium ventilating duct, is hydrated
product (hardenite) with strict manufacturing procedure, processing
technology and curing procedure. It makes magnesite inorganic
complex material (inorganic material, coagulation material and
hydrophobic material) as cementing material, glass thread as
reinforced material and is matched with elasticizer, reinforcer and
water-resistant agent.
Its merits includes lightweight, higher intensity, corrosion
resistance, aging resistance, innoxious, pollution-free, damp and
noisedamping, tolerant to hot water, non-deformable, non-crack,
non-moisture absorption, not returning the liquor, excellent volume

of combustibility of organic FRP wind pipe, the corrosion, larger
noise and short operational life of iron wind pipe have been
solved. In addition, as the most ideal equipment matching with
centre air conditioning, the product price is lower than that of
organic FRP wind pipe. Therefore, it has incomparable development
potential and market competition power in various fields of
national economy. Its market is gradually enlarged and it is the
most ideal indoor ventilation product for large-size building at
present and in future.
Applicable scope: it is widely used in the ventilation
and air conditioning in metallurgy, mineral, textile, tobacco, war
industry, hotel, mall, cinema, defense engineering, underground
parking lot, higher building and other building. It can also used
to manufacture the smoke and toxic gas discharge funnel of chemical
industry and other industries and downpipe of various oils and
storage tank of chemical industrial liquid.
Prominent advantage: both the ductility and resistance to water of the product are more
excellent than other similar products. At present, the outstanding
disadvantage of non-combustible inorganic FRP ventilation wind is
the higher brittleness. If we press the larger face of the product
and we can hear some sound, which means that a lot of cracks have
been generated in both the external and internal surfaces of the
product. If we knock the product and hear ringing sound, it means
that the product brittleness is larger. During the course of
transportation and under unpredictable condition, it is unavoidable
to impact and extrude such products and there will be a lot of hair
cracks on the internal and external surface of the products so that
water will penetrate into these cracks and the operational life of
the wind pipe will be reduced. In order to solve such
disadvantages, we add elasticizer and reinforcer into the products,
thus the product ductility is increased obviously and the effect of
large product brittleness on the operational life is solved. On the
basis of many years of research and experience of producing
magnesite products, we add patented product water-resist agent into
the product, thus, the operational life of product is increased.
The demineralization coefficient of our product is still larger
than 1 after it has been immersed into the water for half year. It
has better water resistance.
Product type: magnesite inorganic complex material has larger design free degree
and it can be limited by the product magnitude and shape and is
convenient to mould. Therefore, there many products made of
magnesite inorganic complex material, for example, various roofing
plain tile in construction and decoration, drainage and sewage
pipe, laminated board, ceiling tile, sanitary fixture, cleaning
groove, movable house, booth, partition plate, linellae, wire, line
angle, cameo, statue, dado, spherical water tank, etc. in
transportation industry, vehicle and boat shell, packaging box,
cover, fender-guard, air conditioning, ventilation and air
discharge pipe. In petrochemical and electric industry, pipe,
terrace, water tank, cable bridge, electric control box, thermal
wall, lamppost, adhesive tape, waterproof cover of transport
machine. Because of stable chemical performances, it is applicable
for sawing, digging, drilling and stiletto of machining, facing,
flame plating, flocking, and electric plating in decoration. In

colors.
